Aircraft tug wiring

I have bought this aircraft tug . It has some wiring issues . Is there a TM for those rugs here? Don’t even know the designation of this thing.

It looks cute! It appears to be an American Coleman MB-4. 1970' vintage.
Are there any data plates etc that you could take a pic of? What are you planning to do with it? I always wondered how these tugs do off the tarmac, being quite hefty. It is all wheel drive, right?
