Test drove an M923A2 and the idle was set too high causing the truck to slam in and out of gear and was pulling at a stop with my foot on the brake. What is the best way to reduce idle speed on the 8.3L?

Start by pulling up on the throttle pedal to make sure the hinge point is not sticky like mine is sometimes.
