Any thoughts on my new m998 having a really bad front end vibration between 30 and 45 mph in cold weather? Wheels balanced, alignment done recently. New to these vehicles and no mechanics(that i found) in Central Nebraska to help. Thanks !

Transfer not in high lock by any chance? If you had an alignment, the shop should have caught any ball joint, wheel bearing, or tie rod issues.

Is the vibration in the steering wheel or in your feet?

In the steering wheel, check steering u-joints, donkren's idler arm and drag link, tie rod ends, steering gear box for any play.
In your feet, check ball joints, brake pads and rotors, drive shaft and carrier bearing. Also check the half shafts for any play or loose bolts.

Center link should be solid metal with holes in it, never changed one of those unless it was damaged. Not saying that it wouldnt need to be inspected for hole wear if steering arm nut or drag link nut happen to come loose.
