This MAN military truck was just sold on an auction in Germany for 21 500 EUR (I think). Its a nice example of such a newer truck.

Some more info on this truck at this website

I included these pictures to make sure that if the auction site closes that thread, (with 27 pics) there still are pics on SteelSoldiers. I choose these three pics especially because they show a typicall US school bus in the background.

The first registration of this truck was from 2010, but they were built since 2004. Not sure if "first registration" really means year of manufacturing, sometimes these trucks were driving around or stored in depots without number plates or official first registration.

my bad, should have included that

MAN HX18.330 HX60 BB 4x4 Pritsche army truck
Impressed that they are allowed to sell that. I can't buy armoured decommisioned military vehicles here. They are either sold for scrap or sent back to the manufactorer for destruction. I dream of an Eagle I, but they are all sent back to MOWAG after use. And the unarmoured danish truck are not that interesting. Would be fun to get my hands on one of the Cougar JEERVs that we have as MRAP trainers.

Some? There is not a word that will truly describe how much money they need. The similarity between the German Army and the U.S. Army in the late 60's and early 70's is dismaying.
