I've been making these performance greaseable replacement bushings for MTVs for a while now. I'm a mechanical engineer by trade, and these are improvements, not just replacements. Finally stop your stabilizer bar from clanking around, and get it working how it was intended! Forum members have been really happy with them: https://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?157787-Greaseable-polyurethane-sway-bar-bushings

$110 pair, plus $15 shipping in US:
- Heavy duty polyurethane- 90-durometer (semi-rigid) hardness
- UV-stabilized black dyed
- Includes self-tapping grease fittings, and #2 (0.221") drill bit
- Includes complete instructions
- Installing the grease fittings is optional, but greasing them allows extra suspension flex without affecting sway bar performance.
- I usually try to keep at least a pair in stock, but if not it takes me 2-3 weeks to make a pair (each bushing has >48 hour cure).

Please let me know if you have any questions. - Guido

The first (of two) new bushing molds is done, and we poured the first casting Tuesday, which I will de-mold today.

The mold looked good, so I don't expect any major problems with the castings. If the casting today pulls out ok, we should have a set ready to ship by late next week. They will ship out in the order they were paid for, and I haven't taken any payments this last month or so while I was making new molds.

I'll post an updated picture, as soon as I have a casting in hand.
