Having trouble finding a power steering pump bracket for my 1984 M1009. Something for a Blazer K5, Blazer D10, or basically anything from that time period that had the 6.2l Diesel and no AC should work. Having trouble finding one locally.
Thanks in advance.

Tinman welcome to the site.

Yes they are hard to find. The factory has discontinued them and the dealers have been out of stock for a long time. Used is just about the only option.

Thanks for the quote and suggestion guys. I finally did manage to get one out of the local wrecking yard. Good thing I got it changed too. I looked at the old one when I got it out and both of the adjustment slots were busted out. It was hanging on by one bolt. Also, tip to any folks that have to do this: you'll need a pulley puller/installer set. I was able to borrow one with a $30 deposit from a local parts house instead of buying it. The job was pretty easy once I had that. I didn't even have to pull the hoses off the pump, which means no bleeding air from the system.

Thanks again guys.
