Some of the stuff they sell isn't worth $150 bids. They need to start taking small bunches of stuff and piling it together into bigger amounts to make sense.

I wish we could go back to the old days. High bid gets it. If your high bid is $1, and noone else bids, you get it. THATS an auction.

This is 100% bull dookie!! Looks like I just purchased my last two trucks... Ok the economy sucks, you never know what your going to get... The paperwork is slow and is also bull.. But now you will get no good deals for having to deal with them... How can GSA do it so much better?? What a kick in the teeth!!!! Ughhhhhhhh!!!!!! My money is going elswhere and they can scrap them I guess.. Next thing will be ilegal to own or operate on the road...

Yeah, your right, we should just let the U.N. dictate how much America should pony-up to take care of the rest of the world. Better yet, lets just make the Secretary General a dual position, head of the U.N. and President of the United States......

And we all know the CBO "NEVER", gets the long term cost of potential legislation wrong.....

The koolaid must really be good in northern Kalifornia......

I am sure I missed this but, Who else was the bidder other then GL?
GSA? What will probably happen is that GL will have more stuff to junk Or toss out to the G man.
It wont take long before they see the cost of there garbage bill clime. Then they MIGHT bring it back down to $50. Who is going to want a beat up tool box for $150?
