These straps are designed to replace the oft missing, damaged, or sun rotted straps on military pioneer tool racks found on many military vehicles such as M35A2 / M35A3 (deuce and a half), any of the M39, M44, M809 and M939 series trucks, and possibly Jeeps and others. Keep your tools securely mounted; you never know when you'll need them to dig out a stuck rig or dispose of a body. Not intended for life safety devices.

• 1″ (25 mm) wide webbing.
  • MIL-W-4088: Olive Drab (OD7), Camo Green 483, Coyote, Foliage, Red, Black
    • Nylon
    • Type XVII, ~0.05″ (~1.4mm) thick, 2500 lb (~1134 kg) breaking strength webbing, resin treated for abrasion resistance.
  • Repurposed Vintage mil-spec Dark Green Cotton
    • Please note, the Dark Green Cotton was unstitched from NOS webbing gear so it will show signs of previous stitching and it has a little stretch to it.
    • 100% Cotton
    • ~0.10″ (2.5 mm) thick
    • Mildew resistant & water repellent treated.
  • MIL-W-43638: Vintage Natural color Cotton
    • 85% Cotton & 15% Fortisan
    • Type I, ~0.07″ (approx. 1.8 mm) thick, 600 lb (~272 kg) minimum breaking strength webbing
    • Low stretch
    • Mildew resistant & water repellent treated.
• Black coated, solid brass tip, genuine mil-spec, meets MS51926B-3.
• Mil-spec spring buckle clamp, genuine mil-spec, meets MS51929A-2.
• Heavy, visible outdoor polyester or nylon stitching, UV resistant, anti-wick.

BIG bump!

I wanted to feel more comfortable and be certain that all the pioneers tools were secured with at least one strap each, I have increased the number of straps in this set from 3 to 4. I have kept the cotton ones available but have changed to a MUCH heavier nylon webbing with a more uniform set of colors to match my other straps. Price only slightly increased for improved webbing and a 4th strap.
