Silver Eagle M1101 Side Marker LED Lights

I recently purchased a 2008 Silver Eagle M1101 Military Cargo Trailer, I did the Military to Civilian 7-Prong Wiring Harness change over and that was a piece of cake, plugged in my 2003 Hummer H1 and brake lights, running lights and turn signals all work ... but I have two side marker lights that are out, one rear red one and one front amber one, I pulled to cover off to find three pop-rivets and one screw, but was unable to get the housing out. I would like to replace either both markers or buy two new red one and two new amber ones but (a) I don't know how to remove the existing ones, and (b) where I can locate replacement housings with the LED bulbs ... here is what I am working with:

The screw is the ground wire: confirm it is tight / not corroded. If the LEDs are out you'll probably need a new light fixture.
