Speaker not speaking in AM-2060

I'm guessing my amp is belly up.
The radio is working fine (PRC77) and the ant. control is working but no sound from the speaker. Pulled the speaker and with static on the handset I measured .6V at the speaker terminals and total silence.
Can I get the amp replaced and if so, where?? or am I outt'a luck?

Basically it freq. matches the Ant. and has an amped speaker. No sound coming from the speaker but every thing else works. Broadcasts and receives fine. Pulled the speaker out the front and the 2 wires are not broken and have continuity.

Ran through the trouble shooting chart 3-6 itm3 in the 11-5820-489-35. I have audio to the VIC system headphones and the hand held plugged onto the PRC-77 so the amp is good.
Continuity good between pins E12 &14 K1 relay good and speaker switch good.
Continuity good between pins E1 &13 wiring to speaker good.
Going to just guess that the speaker is belly up, frozen in place or something. stone cold silent. I have a replacement speaker coming.
