Now that is weird - I just gave your companies name to a fella a couple days ago to give you a call for part.
Told them to look with you FIRST.

I had the pleasure of taking the Anniston Tour with John and his wife. Great folks, and, as Clinto said, they have some great deals. I for one hope our relationship is a long one - I still need lots of parts!

Actually they are 2-1/2 ton trucks not 2 ton. As in Deuce and a half. :driver:

Welcome to the site. I have been purchasing parts from your company for several years now and have been very happy with the service. Only complaint I have is the casino is to **** close.... The wife always wants to stop there when we come pickup parts.

The best part of buying from TJM besides the great parts and prices is speaking with the nice lady that works there.

As John or TNJMurray is fully aware, I am a repeat client. He has endured

my questions, worked with me and always been fair.

John has not obtained my repeat business by being a flake or wannabe

MV Retailer but he has retained my business through quality products,

shipped in a timely fashion, at a fair price.T

TNJMurray is indeed an asset to this "Sport".

I try to patronize those whom try hard, and I am pleased to endorse them herein.

There web site is HUGE, I mean go there and start digging around and you

will find LOADS of good stuff.

PS, I am not a shill... They do good, period.

For the past 4 years or so, I would go out of my way NOT to order from TNJ. However it has been several years and I would like to give them the opportunity to regain my trust. Seeing as how many other people have vouched for them, maybe I was a fluke, but it really burned. So I will start ordering again and give them the benefit of a doubt.

I had many fine dealings with TNJ prior to this, until I ordered a deuce starter switch many years ago. On the website (older version) was listed a PN and picture, of the push button switch on the dash that I needed. I filled out the form with that part number, paid, and sent in the order. Shipping was fast however I received a floor mounted heavy duty momentary switch. When I called to say I received the wrong part, I was told that that was the part I had ordered. I said it didn't even match the picture, and I needed the right switch sent. I was then told that it would be $12 odd dollars to ship the right switch. Um, it wasn't my fault, I didn't order the wrong switch to begin with. Then they told me to mail back the other switch. I asked if they would send a new shipping label or credit me the shipping cost to return the wrong part. I was told I had to pay for the return shipping too. They finally agreed to send the right switch at no charge, but still insisted I return the other one at my expense since 'I' ordered the wrong switch to begin with.

I did receive the correct starter switch. However it failed a short time later, within 5 months. After what had happened before, I didn't bother to contact them about it. I found a takeout switch that has been working for the past 4 years without issue. I never returned the original wrong switch, it is still out in my spare parts bin, in the NOS package. I will make sure if I attend an event that TNJ has a table at, I remember to bring it and finally return it. I actually haven't liked holding on to it but I didn't feel it was right for me to pay to return it.

Now I'm not trying to make TNJ out to be some horrible company, I know they would have to be stand up to stay in business this long and as other posts here attest have many successful transactions. I am just putting out my experiance as well. I always like being shown both sides of the curtain.

John, welcome to the site. You being here and seeing what we are about and what we need, can only help the hobby and your company in the long run. I look forward to doing business with you again after all these years.

Thanks Ferro for another viewpoint. I too, have had trouble previously with TNJ Murray. They are on my "do not buy from list". We'll see what happens in the near future, maybe they deserve another chance.

Never thougth I would see an owner of an over a million dollar a company get corrected on SS website. Some already knew what he meant and
saw not reason to correct the man. But than again I am not better than anyone as well.
If the CEO of General Electric came on here and made technical errors in his statement I would correct him too. And his company is worth Billion$. An error is an error no matter how wealthy you are! :gimp2:
