Water intake manifold questions

I am replacing the exhaust/water intake manifold gasket, and i have a question, what do i torque the bolts to and in what sequence for the exhaust and water manifold bolts?

I have searched the TMs and found nothing..

The size of the fastener should determine the torque value and most intakes for inline motors I have worked with start in the middle and work their way out. I would start with half torque values in one sequence then full torque in the second.
