WW2 Japanese 2 ton 4x4 Ampribian Toyota Suki

photo recently sold on ebay, description mentioned might have been captured rig being tested at Aberdeen during that time frame. Page 360 of Vanderveen's WW2 Observers Fighting Vehicles Directory describes it as follows:

Truck, 2 Ton 4X4 Amphibian (Toyota Suki)
6 cyl 63 bhp, 4FR1X2
wb 4000 mm , 7620 X 2220 mm, 4000 kg GVW 6400 kg
tyres 32X6 (2DT)
ship-like hull with engine, drive train, and axles of Toyota KCY truck
a total of 198 were made during November, 1943 - August 1944.
