    MEP 1040 Fix-up Thread

Have been digging in a bunch on this the past few days. Found a hole in the radiator! Looks like I'll need to repair/replace. Everything else is coming along. I've been documenting for YouTube. I should have a complete video series on it eventually showing everything on it getting it going. I...

    Fuel Solenoid

I don't. I'm sure there is one out there, but I have yet to find it. Military didn't dig down that far, they would only replace the whole part.

    Fuel Solenoid

Here is a video on the injection pumps & how to remove them if you need too; I'd just prime the system with ATF & let it sit for a while when you can. If you end up needing a solenoid, let me know. I have multiple. Moisture gets into them and causes issues over time, especially if the boot...

    Best battery for a mep802

I know you already got some, but I use these like the military did. Have had the same set in the first generator I went though & they still go strong. 5 years old at the time I'm making this post & still past the test no problem. https://amzn.to/3VhErxN

    M149A2 Fix-up Thread

No doubt that the one here meets both of those. The frame is from the 60's. Realistically, it's very sturdy. Makes sense why so many all the sudden made their way to auction.

    M149A2 Fix-up Thread

It's been a while since I came back to post anything about this project! Changed the tail lights to LED assemblies. Found one bad wire & ran a new one. Started mounting some new brake parts. Got all the needed new plumbing. Title is in hand & it is registered. I ended up getting another...

MEP Generators Auxillary Fuel Line Adapter Kit

I've been having a lot of trouble finding a new vendor to keep these in stock! The one I used, right after a few orders, all prices went WAY up & these kits would have tripled. Trying hard to get some in.

    M116A3 Fix-up & Conversion Thread

It was a long while ago I did that, so it's hard to remember. I recall it not being fun lining things up. Wrenches learned to fly, but that common place here. :p

    802A engine fuel pump

I'm not sure the brand I got a bunch of to be honest. I assumed they were CHINA made, but maybe not. They're ~$50. Looked it up before posting. I got a bunch of Carter branded ones that are USA origin apparently.
