MEP 002A no voltage help please !

I started with high voltage, 165 volts, then blew it by changing voltage while running, then no voltage. since then I have changed the VR board, rectifier, transducer, CVT1 transformer. Recently checked diodes on A1, they are OK. When inducing 12 volts to the system I get 120 volts, after which nothing. What do I do next, I am off the grid and need this baby to run my surfshop. There are alot of threads on this. Converting to a Flight Systems regulator seems to be the permanent fix although I will admit I am new to these as well.
