Rebuilding a 4l80e for my M998 and bought the split hi temp sealing ring kit on the recommendation of a local trans shop. TransGo 4l80E-HTRK Kit comes with split Teflon rings an matching metal wire rings. Included instructions leave a lot to be desired. Anyone have any experience with these? How do the metal rings install with the split Teflon rings? Thanks in advance.
