Did you have it connected via alligator clamps, or hardwired in, or connected to the slave port? This is the charger that makes a maximum of 4 amps at 24v, right? And trickles off from there as the batteries become charged? What kind, and how many batteries? How old?

This is a bigger deal than it sounds like. Personally, I'd be tempted to pour it in faster than it comes out unless you have a really bad leak. Changing to synthetic was a bad idea. Of course you know that *now*.... The gasket/seal involving the oil pan is continuous or at least interrelated...

Maybe, but they're going to hate it. It's really not similar to modern commercial truck designs. I'd rent a truck and trailer. Give them something plain vanilla that they're used to dealing with.

Air brakes would be a direct connect, and possibly provide springbrake emergency brakes as well. LED lights would allow for using 12v or 24v. I haven't compared deuce pintle height to dump truck pintle height. It's going to be at least somewhat close or better.

I'm thinking you just depleted the battery. Charge it and load test it.

Either of the two trailers I pictured would tow dead level. Electric brakes and lights would need some tweaking.
