Petroleum ( fuel and oil ) floats. Opening the knurled connected drains the water. Just drain until definitive fuel runs out. If it is not hand tight, be cautious using a tool. Plastic parts deform and crush easily. Especially when aged and exposed to petroleum products.

Want the switch for a secondary to the ignition ( theft deterrent ) or for a quick disconnect for maintenance? On my Deuce I have a 12v normal open solenoid. key to close the circuit. Now the vehicle has 24V power.

For high way speeds and responsiveness, the geared hubs always seem ( to me ) to be a limiting factor. It is outstanding to have more options to (reliably) update or adapt this vehicle. I've been viewing the site, thank you again for the post ( and follow up )
