Thanks. I finally finished it up tonight after working on it 10-20 min at a time for the past 2 weeks. I ran a wire off the forward-most battery to a 30amp circuit breaker to the brake controller. I found a terninal in the fuse box with an "always-hot" 12v lead for the AUX PWR to the trailer plug.

Wiring up my trailer lights- still. Need a constant 12v source to run to the 7 pin connector. Anybody know of one? Postscript... I finally got time to wire up these stupid trailer lights today. On my wiring harness there are 3 spade connectors coming of the trucks harness at each taillight assy. One is the respective turn signal. One is the running light. And the other is probably a ground or the reverse...

I plugged the NATO trailer connector back in. Still no joy. The harness may be defective. This is annoying.
