Checked my GP account for status update and BAM ! There it was ...EUC Approved ! submitted on 7/22 ....approved yesterday. Now just waiting on SF97.
Made some calls and arranged pick up....and had the M998 in my possession by noon today !

Not that surprising to me. I remember once when I drove a TOW hmmwv - combat loaded with crew and gear, I was avg around 14mpg on mostly flat road driving.
How much trailer weight are pulling with this ? I ask because I already have a combination pintle / ball hitch that fits the standard 2" receiver on my Jeep and would like use on the hmmwv.

All I can say at this point is that this whole deal is a big pile of ------ . Continuing to operate in this manner should lead to a class action lawsuit. Having to wait for months, buyers will end up with huge maintenance problems once they actually get the vehicle the paid for long ago- nobody...
