I want to rig a PLGR to a Tough book and use a RAMS mount to create a moving map....

Even though I am looking for a part, I figured I would post in this thread. I'm kind of hoping you like minded individuals might be able to help me. I am looking for the external PLGR antenna cable. I bought one that was supposed to be correct but it must be for the DAGR. It has threaded...

    PLGR to Toughbook.

I will try to work on this during the upcoming weekend. Thanks for the tips.

    PLGR to Toughbook.

Well, here comes a good one..... I have a PLGR and I also have a Toughbook. Along with the PLGR, I have the communication cord that goes between it and a COM port on a computer. If I use Google Earth, how does it get the signal from the PLGR to pinpoint location? I am unsure if my cable...

    CARC types

I am trying to determine my best choice for which CARC to buy. I'm not going to ask where to get it, do I want CARC or something else, etc. I know that according to the SW website, Type III and Type IX are both smooth finish paints. I am not looking for smooth so those are out. That...

    Level wind winch lubrication dilemma

I am not sure if something is missing, but my unit does not look like the one in the TM. On the front level wind for the 925, 928, 936, the trolley has some lubrication points. There are 2 points for the rollers. There is another point for the sheave pulley. There is supposed to be a 4th...

934A2 dies when shifted into forward gear, but not reverse.

I was going to say the exact same thing. The truck will go backward but will either stall or go forward with no power. Just make sure that lever on the injection pump is manually pushed back forward all the way. It's worth a try.

Picking Up My First MV From Sparta driving it 450 miles

I'm about 2 hours south of Sparta. You kind of didn't mention when you are recovering it though. That may open or close a lot of peoples availability.

Iola Vintage Military Show swap, trade, need List 9-11 Aug 2013

Dave, I may be looking for a set of towbar feet as well. I will be bringing up a full set of brand new (with soldier installed scuffs) take off, bow corners. I will also bring up a few of my 101 trailer front leg crank handles. See you all there.

    super single swap M923

As Digger said, it's not just the tires....The bed is moved back 4" and that means the bed mounts are also welded in a different spot. The spare tire rack is a wider model and would need to be replaced. The Davit (spare crane) is made of heavier steel to accommodate for the extra weight of the...

M939 series bridge plate on fender mount.

Does anyone out there that has a bridge plate mounted on the fender (not in the grill) have some pictures of the mount location and mounting bracket for me? I'm against putting things in front of my radiator if at all possible. I know I have seen some of them mounted to the fender on the...
