My buddy had a similar problem with his HMMWV, he took his truck to a large truck tire shop. It turned out his tires were slightly out of round they put each tire / rim on a machine and it cut out the high spots. Then they also balanced them. He said it rides great now

Got my front and rear hydraulic winches working. There was a problem turned out I need to add two shut off valves and turn the valve off for the one not in use. Of course mile marker said HMMWV's only have front or rear winches not both so it took a minute to figure out how to make it work.
