    Self Canceling Turn Signal - NOT the wheel ring

    I'm having an issue with my turn signal. I noticed the pecker that engages the wheel ring was not centered. I removed the cover and saw this. I cannot figure out how this rotating lever centers itself...something has to be missing.

    Engine fan running a lot

    Is it normal for the engine fan on an M1123 to engage while driving on flat ground? Doing 45mph on a relatively flat (for Tennessee) road and the engine fan engages for a few minutes then shuts off for about 2x longer than it was engaged.
