Picked this up on eBay in December since it was local. This truck has been in Colorado its whole life while acquiring less than 5000 miles. It was sold to the Boulder FD in 1977 and purchased from the FD in 1985. She has been garaged ever since the Army sold her.
I'm not sure if this is WW2 or not. This truck is located not to far from me and headed to the shredder and I thought I would pull off any useful parts before it gets crushed. Are there any parts I should look at saving? You can still see the stars on the doors.
Dont know much about this just saw the notice in my Hemmings News Letter. 50th annual meeting of the Studebaker Drivers Club, the club will pay homage to Studebaker’s military vehicles...
I would like to thanks both of these gentlemen for going out of their way to pick up some GL items and shipping them to me. Both items ended up being extremely heavy but they got them mailed out to me with no complaints. Ixpacman got run through the ringer after GL made a mistake so he was left...
Is anyone close to Ft DIx that could pick up a bag and drop it in the mail? I will handle any USPS expenses. If you can get there just send me a pm, the pick up date would be sometime in the next 2 weeks. Thanks. Steve
Is there a buyers guide or reference for buying military generators? I would like to educate myself before buying a couple. I did a search but didnt find what I was looking for.
If anyone needs something checked I can stop by during work. Just know I am not an expert on MV's just offering eyes on if needed. Steve
