Sounds like the horn relay is bad. if there is no click id look there or pull the button of the steering wheel ive had that before, gets a little corrosion or dirt in there and doesnt make a good connection.

If you pressurized the Turbo and the return you'll blow out the seals in the Turbo and dump oil into the intake and exhaust sides of the Turbo.you don't need alot of oil to...

You don't want the turbo to be part of the pressurized system. Youll blow the seals out, you need to run a drain to the oil pan.

Was on my way to the gas station to get fuel and run out at the pump. Lucky day I guess. Found the bottom of the tank, that wont happen again. Run alittle funny for about three minutes (air in lines) but was great after that.
