What did they do to this beauty?

Looks like something West Coast customs is building for a rapper or basketball player. Throw some 30" gold spinners and 15 series tires on it and would be "Pimp" in Los Angeles.

    HUMVEE question

Since I can not follow every auction, I don't know what has sold or how long it's been since they have sold them and was hoping there might be some info out there. GSA, GL, GP and who knows where else they could have been sold I don't know. The beauty of the internet. I just went through the...

    HUMVEE question

Sorry I posted it in wrong place my bad. I came across the auction and came here first for information. I admit I do not come here everyday. It's the first place I go when I need some insight on MV's. I saw a couple posts on SS but they were shut down. There are a lot of demilitarized...

    HUMVEE question

I am not advertising any auction so hopefully this wont get canned. I saw that there is an up coming auction for some HUMVEE's and want to know if anyone has any experience buying them this way. It looks like EUC, "Hold Harmless Agreement" and "offroad only" but then I saw something elsewhere...

    Deuce re-power with Cummins 8.3 from 931A2

I have a pretty nice bobbed deuce(avatar pic) and a 931A2. With CA's BS smog laws I don't believe I will be able to register the 931 here (any input would be appreciated). My Deuce is registered and I am contemplating dumping the drive train and P/S from 931 into the Deuce???? Not a lot of...

    M1009 rear window slips still.

There is no "slipping" it together. If it slips together it will slip apart again. Hard to go on hard to come off. Easy on easy off.

    M1009 rear window slips still.

Glass has to come out to drive the channel on. The channel is usually super tight and it takes a dead blow hammer and elbow grease to get it on.

    Lift kit m1009?

Love the PEP BOYS solution! If you could find a forth bobble head that would work with the three Boys they might be able to hold the four corners up to get the 6" lift that Stone 1098 was looking for.

    M1009 rear window slips still.

If I am not mistaken the rear glass is like the other operable door glass. The metal channel has to be in good shape and a tight groove( hardly big enough to insert the folded rubber w/o glass). Rubber needs to be totally clean, no lube, glue, water, etc. Stand glass upside down on a clean...

Has anyone heard of a "hot line trailer"

The description is "Y-0905, Pitman Manufacturing Company Division, Hot Line Trailer" Saw it on GL and was wondering what it was. Tried goggling it and did not get to far so any help would be appreciated.

    915a2 fuel issues

OK FINALLY GOT IT. After staring at it for a while and pacing around it and scratching my head, I came to the conclusion it had to be sucking air so I bypassed the primary filter head (the one with the primer and misc garbage on it) filled up the secondary filter and shot of ether and OH YAH it...

    915a2 fuel issues

I wish it was that simple. I did look in the tank and fuel is full. I usually apply the KISS method at first and work through it all. I have a mighty vac canister and am going to try applying vacuum at the fuel pump inlet hose to simulate what the pump does and see what happens. aua

    915a2 fuel issues

1st off thanks to everyone for their input I have looked at the 24 TM and I can't id the one thing in my attachment and do not know its purpose. I figure if I loosened the secondary filter the pump should have blown fuel everywhere when I cranked it over. But Nothing. Remember primary filter...
