racerlee, When i bought my G506 it was missing the radiator and lots of other parts too. Don't get me wrong, Steel soldiers is a great site but the 506 gang can be found a g503.com in the 1/2 to 2 ton forum. That's where i found a used radiator. By the way is it an earth auger or a pole setter...

The plates has numbers stamped into it, you'll be able to see them more clearly from the back side. Mine was completely rusted over, with some work the numbers came back. Best,

There's a chart on the vov website that breaks down the serial numbers and there are chevy owners on the "G" that could I.D. the guys truck by looking at a few pictures and asking a few questions.

Here's my only Military trailer, it's an M105 i brought home from Kublos in P.A. It must have come from Ft Drum. Also on the trailer is a rear frame from a scrapped M35. I fit the m105 cargo box, springs and hangars onto the M35 frame. That assembly became the new rear frame, cargo box and rear...
