I'm reading everything but I'm bit confused with the wording or the amending process , is it going thru the senate floor for voting or has it already been thru and waiting to finalizing?

Thanks LouWon!I'm going to send Senator Hopgood an e-mail in support of the amendment ,I have a Humvee and would love to see it on the road once in awhile. There's a beautiful gray one from Plant B or MME on theroad in the Grosse Ile area. Jealous

Thanks, I have read that but I'm still seeing HUMVEE's on the road i saw one Friday not a 100% percent that it had Michigan plates, it was driving , unfortunately I was in a hurry running late.

I have seen a Couple of HUMVEE"s with a with a makeover last few days in the Downriver Gross isle area with Michigan Plates, Very nice Gray paint. Any ideal how he plated it , I'll try to follow next time.

Does this apply to HUMVEE and whats a BOS?
