If you put a dump set up on it the added spacing might work.......plus if you wanted to load a smaller vehicle in the bed you could angle it up and drive right up the ramps. Drop the bed, fasten it down and boogie (prob have to be a low profile vehicle).
Once you get proficient with the CAT transmission you'll love it until you have to work on it. Very few CAT techs have ever seen one and very few were use in civy applications except in scraper pans. Parts can be hard to find but we have a CAT tranny guru here (RJracing) I think is his avatar...
