Correct, I have SF97, "Certificate to obtains title" and a bill of sale. -- Still having issues. California* One of the trucks says Red river army depot but I am not sure about the others. Maybe I will try the bonded titles? I was thinking of writing a bill of sale from the re-assignment...

Yeah, I haven't had much luck with the cali bmv. Pretty useless. What can I do with a bonded title? Would it ever be road legal? This is bull**** because nothing in the bill of sale says it has to be titled to the address in the re assignment / bill of sale. That is their ONLY problem...

Do i need to do it in person or do you think i could just mail all of this and see what happens?
