    Fwiw, that post#10 is refering to a military stock installed turbo ,Schwitzer Model 4LE-354 Turbocharger for M44 / M35 and M39A2 / M54A2 Series Military Trucks with Multi-Fuel Engine. This is the larger style "Whistler" Turbo used over 40 years ago. Definitely not what I would call a "modern"...
