The irony is that some little DMV person made it their point to interpret the law according to their own political leaning.... just to exercise their power. Meanwhile the politicians clearly never intended the law to be interpreted this way but they haven't done anything except pass the blame...
I'm not in CO so couldn't join a Class suit against a CO law if I wanted to.
My beef, with the SS membership, from the beginning when I posted about these infringements is that most of the membership here was only interested in supporting legislation in favor of allowing/protecting "historical"...
The only time a suit may come to be an avenue is if they rescind our titles/licenses rendering our trucks into very expensive lawn ornaments...
Until then, making ourselves know and heard via SAN is probably the best steps we can take.
IMO everyone one on here should be contacting them...

I have been in touch with the SEMA Auto Network. They have been active in fighting these restrictions, but their efforts are not focused on those of us who buy a decommissioned rig for personal, business or recreational use.

I'm in Ohio and my '98 M1079 titled as an RV without a problem.
After investing $1000's in just upgrades to the basic rig, in addition to the costs of the RV components, "Historical" or "Offroad" use doesn't do me a bit of good.
