    Cylinder head wrench

    Anyone out there can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe I read in one of the -20 or -34 TMs the special tool is only needed for the head bolts which are underneath the rocker arm shaft with the rocker arm shaft installed. I THINK if you remove the rocker arm shaft, you can torque those bolts...
