Sherwin Williams CARC 383 green Moisture Cure

I don't know the current prices, it's not cheap per gallon. If you use it, you need to look at the cost per job because it only takes 1 coat.

Sherwin Williams CARC 383 green Moisture Cure

You will need a shaker type mixer, cause once opened it will start to cure. I would have some other stuff ready to paint, to use up any leftovers. This stuff will probably turn to snot-in a-can, after a few days. The type 2 did, after it was mixed.

Says you need primer and nothing about thinning. This stuff i quite different than the Type 2, that I have used. http://www.paintdocs.com/webmsds/webPDF.jsp?SITEID=STORECAT&lang=E&doctype=PDS&prodno=F93G110

Sherwin Williams CARC 383 green Moisture Cure

I think the Type 2 is the two part, type 3 is single component. I have only used the Type 2, it can be thinned with distilled water up to 5 or 10%. I guess I'd read the specifications and directions.

Sherwin Williams CARC 383 green Moisture Cure

I would use a good epoxy primer, I got mine from Sherwin Williams. It was a desert tan. As for the CARC, 1 gallon should be more than enough, I have never applied more than 1 coat.
