    Also, Katrina was a "special event" and NOT the norm due to the NOLA PD being almost non existant, and anarchy was running rampant on the pubic side.. So we'll let the weapons thing go there, loaded or unloaded whatever they might of been.... However, I never saw any crew served weapons mounted...
