    If you're going back to DOT5 you will need to flush the system. DOT5 and DOT3 don't mix.

    So I have this long airpack that I'm rebuilding and I painted this end of the cylinder where the gasket is supposed to sit. Should I strip that part back to raw steel or will the gasket seal even if the surface is painted?
