    Not sure what model 'Alvis' this is, but the orange triangle and red on white number plates are the equivalent of Dealer tags. The blue circle in the bottom of the windscreen - passenger side is proof of payment of road tax. Fire extinguisher and aerial mounts suggest '80's or '90's maybe...
