Probably the 20th. But that is just a guess right now.

PNW-2012-Fourth Annual Chehalis River Valley M/V Convoy & Campout

Our first trip up for the first convoy, both Danielle and I drove up the m1009 and m818, respectively. 430 ish miles each way was a lot of driving, a lot of fuel, and a bit of fun. Now, it's about 13 miles each way, MUCH BETTER!

PNW-2012-Fourth Annual Chehalis River Valley M/V Convoy & Campout

A week late, but I just picked up another M1009. It wouldn't have fit in though, the local PD had painted it WHITE of all things... Could have had the total count one higher! As for the route, I tried to make it as interesting as possible without having to travel as far as we have in the past...

Comms is something we have failed at every year so far. The little civy radios didn't work last year. And I didn't even bother this year (sorry Aaron .... :( ) As for the Tires, you were a real source of humor for this year!

Well, Sort of ;) Just be glad I took it easy on you for the second half of the trip. My alternative route had a lot more turns, and hills!

PNW-2012-Fourth Annual Chehalis River Valley M/V Convoy & Campout

A LOT of good fun was had this weekend! Good humor, good food, good BS.... Thanks again Amber and Aaron! You are getting very good at setting this up and pulling it off. It is hard enough to plan something like this, and still be able to handle the random attendees. Hope everyone makes it home...

Turn signals completely gave up the ghost on my m818. And I don't seem to be home enough to trouble shoot them! Kinda bad when I am supposed to be leading the convoy!

PNW-2012-Fourth Annual Chehalis River Valley M/V Convoy & Campout

Ray, I have a 12' slave cable, and I usually have to fight to make it worth. Great to use for powering tools/pumps/etc from the slave port, but a PITA at times for slave starting vehicles. I would guess a 25' or so slave cable would meet most of my needs. I could always make an adapter to link a...

I have two GP smalls, one gp medium, and maybe a large (I know at least have the liner to the gp large) No poles though.

Does anyone want tents? If so, I will bring the trailer loaded with them and spare canvas.

Ray, we need to talk about that 50' slave cable. I have the adapters. Nato Slave cable and two adapters. I can match up anything I want!

To make a note, I updated the convoy route, but forgot to make a post to remind everyone. Small change, one road I wanted to use is now gated off.

Hey Rob, can you bring down some more of that conveyer belt? ;) And Ray, that Radiator is working fine in the M1009. Got it in today. Thanks again for that one! Man, my internet was down for a few days, and it seems I missed a bit of stuff going on!

Actually Josh, I wish you luck on that! As long as I don't take over your 'title'. I know I was a fairly close second last year....

Well Josh, you missed your opportunity to play in the mud at my place ;) All the good mud is gone, and everything is drying out (finally).
