Great Video!
Clear and easy to view. I especially like the Fire Ext mounted on the front of the bed. I was thinking of doing the exact same thing. Now that I have seen it, I think it is going to happen.
I was always a bit curious, as to the condition the Iltis was surplused in. I ask because I have the M101 trailer, and it seems that most were released as surplus in un-issued condition. I don't know how many were really put into service and how many sat, but my serial number is high; 1690, and...
Has anyone ever been to this site and/or yard?

I have bought quite a few New, Old Stock parts from them to help restore my M101 CDN2 trailer.
I see, It sort of mirrors the US' decision to not release any more M151's after the lawsuits began due to operator eror, and the collisions. The subsequent destruction of the MUTT, became the solution.
The legality issue is interesting. Why Aren't they legal? Is it soley based on Canadian Motor Vehicle Registration issues, or is it because of the vehicle's nomenclature being Military in nature?
What about the Iltis. Is that leagl for street use?
I'm not Canadian, but thought I'd share my M101 CDN2 with you guys.
And for you folks that don't have a vehicle yet, Military trailers are always fun. They don't take a lot to restore, and require no maintinence as with a Motorized vehicle.
