I think anyone that reads this thread has got to be rooting for you. I'd sure like to see it doing the hills and freeway. Any updates? Are you getting any feedback from those that make the parts? How many of us need to call them?

I hope you've been filming as you go or have a good written record. If it turns out as good as I'm hoping... I'd consider doing it myself and contributing to your "restore the bank account" fund by purchasing a "how to" copy.

Gotta say, as a newbie here and new to owning three M37s, considering a restomod drivetrain swap, I never thought about an eletric motor. But it is a fascinating idea and this thread has me intrigued. I'll be lurking to see where it all ends up.
