What have you done to your 5 ton this week?
Got it out of winter moth balls only to find the fan actuator was just blowing air to beat the band. Parked it for a few hours and when I fired it back up the fan had fixed itself. Very convenient. I hope to locate additional 'self repairing' components if I can. Ken- acme66

I swapped out the oil in the transmission for real transmission fluid. Wow. Once the video is uploaded I will share a new thread so you can see exactly the changes it made. Ken- acme66

The other front had some dark grease but they cleaned up spotlessly. No contamination into the driveline just the bearing. Hub seals were good, I have no idea how it got in there or how long. Years and years and salt water is my guess. The wheel ran cool, tight and quiet. I was in there to...- acme66
