    How about the vendors put up a notice at their site when they are gone stating when they will be at their site . something like "Be back at ?" or every day from ? to ? people can go shopping at whim if you see something you like come back at the posted time.

    I think we are too far on the flexibility side. Maybe we need to swing more to the set schedule with some plus and minus. This may be due to the increasing size.

    Not knowing what kind of condition I'll be in (no not drunk) I'm reluctant to volunteer. How ever if I got a "Hey You" I'd be honored to do what I can to contribute! I'm going to keep my eyes open to do what ever I can.
