Keep in mind guys, its not just poor customer service, its the fact that: 1- they have his money for the auction he won. 2- they denied him his property at the scheduled load out date/time! THAT IS HUGE!!!! 3- they suspended his account so it interferes with other load outs. 4- they are charging...- gimpyrobb
