There are more or less, 3 different things you can do.

The air assist kits from the M44A3, M35-tom's excellent hydraulic box kit (http://www.waterloospecialties.com/steering/index.html) and some hydraulic torque generators that go inline on the steering column.

There's no way I'd consider anything other than Tom's kit. It's the best bang for the buck.

Here's a bunch of threads to go read. You need to make sure you're searching the site for any questions you have, because 99.999999999999999% of deuce related topics have already been covered in exhaustive detail. This is literally the tip of the iceberg.

I don't have any experience with Tom's kit. But from a lot of the pricing I've seen on other kits (minus used ones), I agree with Clinto, best bang for your buck. One of these days when the bank account recovers from all the purchases we're making right now for getting our truck more road worthy, that's probably going to be the next thing I do.
