&#55357;&#56860; Looking good! Didn't take pics but my wrists hurt after pop riveting those rear corners, but you can rest assured they are better than original. I'll use the leftovers to fix floor cracks by the front seats.

Just curious what mods you had to do to get those seats to fit. I'm picking up an M1009 next month and a seat exchange is high on the priority list. I have a mini van donor vehicle as well. Do the seats still slide back and forth? Great job on the truck, thanks for sharing!

Easy. Get some 1/4 X 2 flat bar. Make the flat bar fit the current floor bolt configuration and bolt the flat bar in place. Remove the flat bar and make the new seats fit the flat bar. Use weld studs or elevator bolts to mount the new seats to the flat bar. Bolt them back to the floor via the flat bar. You have no mods to the original body and you have new seats. Paint the seat mounts and flat bar as an extra nice touch. Good Luck.

I took second row seats from a Totota Minivan outta the pull it parts place and aligned, drilled new holes in my current seat braces. Set them back in. I got some mending to do on floor cracks but I gotta plan.

Got to work on the initial fit and cutting of both rocker panels. Below are some photos, and drivers side I was able to cut more out of the replacement because there was a lot less rust there. Sti. Going to shape them a bit for a more snug fit before screw and glue. Debating on grinding down the current little edge where the rubber comes on top of the panel. I'm afraid if I don't it will become a spot holding dirt and water. Enjoy and I look forward to hearing your comments.

They are the second row seats, but exactly what we were looking for; just $60 for the pair. Had to do some modification of the base and clean the new ones up of all the kiddy crud dropped in them. Thanks to the wife for suggesting Mr Clean erasers. We also bought a magnetized cup holder from Harbor Freight; son painted it black and it works like a charm.

We will have to get some covers to make them black but I like these chairs better.

Project looks good !! Do you remember what you got these seats out of? Did the seat base come from the donor vehicle too? What mods did you have to accomplish to the bases to make them fit? And one last question.....Do those seats recline?

Got the seats out of a Toyota van. I used the bases from the CUCV not had to re drill some holes and use large washers as spacers so the seats would move along the sliders. They recline and with the upper lever lay forward so passé can get in the back.

Sorry I have been conducting an investigation and just got to work on it today a bit. Glued the rocker panels, was going to work the cover when both my tailgate cables broke and I almost broke my neck. &#55357;&#56862; Thought I could just go get some cable from Lowes and reuse the ends but those **** things are pressed in pretty **** hard. Working the cover tomorrow.

Initial fit. Still have to put down a sealant underneath it. I want to paint the underside of it before locking it down permanently. You can see the old one and how rusted it is. Also covered that hole behind the passenger seat by pop riveting a piece of steel there.
