Turn signal stays on

My HMMWV people
My turning signal works fine most of the time. On some occasions the dashboard indicator stays on when I engage the turning signal without blinking, no change on outside lights.
Also my rear right light is kind of faint.
If I turn off the vehicle, wait a bit and back on sometimes it fixes the problem.
Anyone encountered such thing?

if it stays on, just move the lever up and down to make them blink....

Clean all of the grounds on your lighting harness and your problem may go away.
