Choosing The Right Dana 60 and 14 Bolt GM For Your Swap

Looks like some full width axles with widened fenders to keep the tires covered. Looks like it could be a D60 on the front end.

Those are stock fenders. Doing the axle swap doesn't make the front that much wider. The only problem with it is because of the spring perch is on the diff in order to make the axle line up centered on the truck you must do one thing or another. Either A: Bump the passingers side spring to the outside of the frame or B: shorten the drivers side axle housing. Again this isn't for width so much as it is form alignment.

For some reason the fenders appear slightly wider than stock to me. However, you could be correct. I agree with the A and B points you mentioned.

This full width Dodge D60 looks good. The truck would look better if the aluminum rad and auto trans cooler were black or green.
