How can you tell if the f134 engine has been bored out? Are there any types of markings to look for?

If the military did it there will be a rectangular data plate attached to the crankcase giving the bore rods and mains size.

Mine was a little difficult to read, NDT is correct, it should have the overbore stamped on it. As well as crank journal grind if at all.
