Sorry about the delay Guyfang, but what I could find out is that the Command Car is a WC 57.

Produced from 1942-1945. And since the WC57 was used in the film Patton in 1969 I thought maybe someone on Steel Soldiers may own the very truck, car here in the States.

Or since the film was shot in 6 different countries overseas maybe the very WC57 is still mobile or the real Command car of General Patton is still in a collection.
