I flushed my M1114's radiator yesterday and removed a bunch more butchered wires and hoses.

From memory, I believe the runflat states which side is supposed to be the "outside". It's written on the sidewall. So the "outside" would face the smaller wheel piece when it's being reassembled.

I got my SF-97 notice of mailing yesterday on my ex-Marines M1114. So times are about 10 weeks if anyone is curious about current processing times.
